LEICESTER'S KO Cup Final opponents King's Lynn have further raised the stakes ahead of the second leg at the Hydroscand Arena, Beaumont Park on Thursday.
The Stars have booked former Lions captain Scott Nicholls, who is recently back from long-term injury, to guest for Ben Cook.
Nicholls famously led the Watling JCB Lions to the Championship title in 2019, and has spent recent seasons with Oxford before suffering serious shoulder damage last October.
He has completed three matches of his comeback so far with Plymouth, scoring double figures back at Cowley last week including a Heat 15 win over Sam Masters.
Nicholls takes the spot which was occupied by Lewis Kerr on Monday in the only change from the first leg, as Tom Brennan once again guests for the Lions.
With the scores all-square at 45-45, it's a huge meeting ahead with a win on the night required by both teams to lift the Cup.
