LEICESTER Speedway can advise supporters of an unavoidable change of start time for this Sunday’s meeting at the Hydroscand Arena, Beaumont Park.
The Fox Cubs will host Kent Eagles in the National Development Trophy with the match now getting underway at 7.30pm.
This will be preceded by the 250cc section of the British Youth Championship at 6pm.
The change has come about due to the re-arrangement of the Middlesbrough v Belle Vue NDL fixture for Sunday, which is the knock-on effect of the BSN Series Final between Poole and Redcar being switched from Wednesday to Friday due to the weather.
It would be impossible for the Fox Cubs to race at the same time as the meeting at the ECCO Arena as it would result in the vast majority of their team being unavailable.
A solution has therefore been found following discussions between all parties, which will see the Middlesbrough meeting get underway at midday enabling the riders to head to the Hydroscand Arena afterwards.
This also means a rescheduling of the 500cc section of the British Youth Championship, which will now follow next Wednesday’s (October 29) WSRA NDL fixture between Leicester and Belle Vue.
Leicester Speedway wish to sincerely apologise to our supporters for the late notice, but the situation has been out of our control and all parties have worked together as speedily as possible to resolve it.
